INDICATOR: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Includes: INDICATOR, EXTRA STUDENTS, & ADDITIONAL MARKER

PURCHASER & REGISTERED USER

• A twelve-month subscription is restricted to a (registered) school.
  NOT AVAILABLE to specialists, itinerant teachers (including RTLBs), private individuals.
• The Purchaser is the person whose details are entered in the Billing Details section of the checkout.
• The Purchaser must be a staff member (admin/teacher) of the school that is purchasing the resource.
  The Registered User is the teacher who is the intended user of the resource.
• The Registered User’s details must be entered in the Customer Information section of the checkout -
  i.e. their email address, username and password.

ADDITIONAL PURCHASES

• There is no limit to the number of subscriptions that can be purchased by a school.
• Each additional subscription must be assigned to a different Registered User (a teacher at the school).
• Each Registered User is required to have a separate email, username and group name.
• There is no limit to the number of EXTRA STUDENTS that can be added to a current INDICATOR subscription.
• A one-month ADDITIONAL MARKER subscription is available when there is a current INDICATOR subscription.

ACCESS & SHARING

• Shared access is restricted to teachers at the Registered User’s school.
• ONLY ONE USER AT A TIME can access a Registered User’s account.
• DO NOT SHARE with non-staff members, or teachers outside of the Registered User’s school.
• If a Registered User resigns, the registration must be transferred to another teacher within the school.
• Triune must be informed of any transfer.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

• A subscription grants use, not ownership, of the materials.
• Triune Initiatives retains all copyright & proprietary rights to published material.
• DO NOT COPY any of the contents. PHOTOGRAPHS or SCREENSHOTS of pages ARE PROHIBITED.
• No uploads to (or displays on) other platforms including note-sharing websites.

SECURITY

• Registered Users must keep their login information secure.
• To assist with this, Registered Users should regularly change their password.
• Triune monitors the use of their resources.

VIOLATION

• Violation of these terms & conditions may result in termination of the account without compensation or notice.
• Legal action for copyright infringement may be taken. Damages for lost sales may be sought.

PURCHASER & REGISTERED USER

• The subscription is for one month.
• The Purchaser and the Registered User may or may not be the same person.
• The Purchaser is the person whose details are entered into the Billing Details section of the checkout.
  The Registered User is the person who is the intended user of the resource.
• The Registered User’s details must be entered in the Customer Information section of the checkout -
  (email address, username, password).

SHARING

• Sharing access is permitted within one school.
• ONLY ONE USER can access the Registered Users account at a time.
• This resource may be cast/projected to a single monitor/screen to be shared with a group (within one school).

PROPERTY RIGHTS

• A subscription grants use, not ownership, of the materials.
• Triune Initiatives retains all copyright & proprietary rights to published material.
• Do not copy any of the contents. Photographs or screenshots of pages are prohibited.
• No uploads (or displays) to other platforms including note-sharing websites.

INDICATOR and INDICATOR EXTRA MARKER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE REGISTERED USER

• The Registered User is the person who is intended to be the user of the resource and whose details are provided at purchase in the Customer Information section of the checkout (username, password and email).
• It is possible to be the Registered User for one INDICATOR and one INDICATOR EXTRA MARKER at the same time (but not more than one of each).
• There is no restriction on the number extra students that can be added to the Registered User an existing active INDICATOR subscription.

THE PURCHASER

• The Purchaser is the person paying for the resource whose details are entered into the Billing Details section of the checkout.
• The purchaser must be a staff member of the registered school/educational facility (one campus) that is purchasing the resource.
• If the Purchaser is not the Registered User, the Registered User’s details must be entered at the Customer Information section of the checkout, not the Purchasers.

• Purchase is restricted to a registered school/educational facility (one campus).
• There is no limit to the number of subscriptions a registered school/educational facility (one campus)can purchase.

• Each subscription must be assigned to a separate designated Registered User with a different email address, username and group name.

• If the Registered User leaves the school, the registration must be transferred to another staff member of that registered school/educational facility and Triune must be informed of any change.

• Do not share with non-staff members.

• Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result immediate termination of the account without compensation or notice.
• Legal action: Potential lawsuits for copyright infringement, damages for lost sales.
