Restricted to a registered school/educational facility (one campus).*
Not available to specialists, RTLB (individuals & clusters), private individuals.
*No limit to the number of subscriptions a school can purchase.
ACCESS & SHARING
Access: Available to a designated Registered User* within one school/facility ONLY.
*Person whose details are provided at purchase and who creates the username & password.
If a Registered User leaves the school, the registration must be transferred to another teacher.
Triune must be informed of any change. Contact support@triune.nz
Shared Access: Restricted to staff at the Registered User’s school/facility ONLY.
Do not share: with non-staff members.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
Do not copy any of the contents. No photographs or screenshots of pages.
No uploads (or displays) to other platforms including note-sharing websites.
Limitations: A subscription grants use, not ownership of the materials.
Triune Initiatives retains all copyright & proprietary rights to published material.
SECURITY
Password Protection: Registered Users must keep their login information secure.
Changing a Password: Registered Users should regularly change the password.
Monitoring: Triune monitors the use of their resources.
VIOLATION
Failure to Comply: Immediate termination of the account without compensation.
Legal Action: Potential lawsuits for copyright infringement, damages for lost sales.
