An online product provider only needs to provide a refund if there is a major problem.
A major problem may include circumstances where:
- the provider cannot deliver the program, the program is faulty.
- the program is significantly different from its description.
A major problem does NOT include:
- a failure to update a program created some time ago.
- a change of mind.
- choosing the wrong program where the buyer had a few to choose from.
- change in circumstances (including financial hardship).
- unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of a product
(including a lack of time to complete it).
